We designed & developed a highly customized agency scheduling & staff management system from scratch. The system is fully responsive, can be accessed and operated from any device.

The core of the administrator application is consisted of Shit, Nanny, Family, Survey, User Management & Branch creation wizards.
Application Dashboard
One of the most challenging & complex part of this project was to design the ability to create shifts for every nannies. The same nanny can be assigned to different shits for different families within the same day.
App Screens
Dashboard reveals various information like Total hours booked; Total shift scheduled; Total number of nannies assigned to shifts; Different view of the schedule panel for week, months & agenda etc.
Family Profile Screen
While adding a nanny or family, enough information had to be captured so that a family can be mapped to a perfect nanny. Historical data for each nanny from the surveys were collected and available with their profiles.
